We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Request a Return Email us at PeakFindsMarket@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately with a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items Sale items and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
